Because true tungsten carbide is so hard, (about 10 times harder than 18K Gold, 5 times harder than tool steel, and 4 times harder than titanium), tungsten rings cannot be re-sized. But do not fear, we will replace your ring with the same product in a new size for only $15! That covers our shipping and insurance costs only. Simply send us your old ring, $15, let us know what size you need, and we'll get you a new ring that fits perfect within a week. See below for return address. All sales are final on custom design and special order rings, which includes rings which have been engraved. If you are unsure of your size, please go and get sized by a professional jeweler, or have us send out a generic ring to be sized with before we do an engraving or custom band.

GOLD AND PLATINUM SIZING GUARANTEE:
We will size your gold or platinum ring for only $15 plus our cost of metal and labor. Please be aware that we cannot change some rings from size 4 to size 13 because it's simply unrealistic.
